In-studio reiki sessions are held at the beautiful Unalome Healing Center in Winsted, CT. Sessions are offered on Tuesdays from 10am - 5pm.

Our signature group session weaves together gentle and restorative yoga, guided meditation, and reiki energy healing to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and receive deep restoration. In these sessions you'll move gently and enjoy an extended savasana with guided meditation and channeled reiki healing.

Come as you are—no experience needed. Whether you’re seeking clarity, calm, or simply a moment to breathe, our Restore & Receive sessions will leave you feeling grounded, rested, and deeply supported - body, mind and soul.

Our in-person sessions are located at Unalome Healing Center in Winsted, CT.

Group sessions are limited to 10 participants - online pre-registration is required.

Registration closes two hours prior to the session. If less than two people are registered, the session will be canceled and full refunds will be issued.

Restore & Receive is held every Tuesday at 6:30pm

60 minutes | $25 per session | $105 for 5-session pack
