In-Person Reiki

In-person reiki sessions take place in a quiet, nurturing treatment room at Kosha Yoga in Canton, Connecticut. You’ll remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on a massage table while reiki energy is offered through gentle, non-invasive hand placements (or hovering above the body, if preferred).
In-person sessions can be especially supportive if you’re seeking hands-on presence, deeper physical grounding, or a dedicated space to fully step away from daily responsibilities and receive care.
Distance Reiki
Virtual via Zoom
Energy knows no bounds — distance reiki is just as effective as in-person sessions. During a virtual session, you’ll relax in your own space while reiki energy is intentionally directed to you. We’ll begin and end the session together on Zoom, with time for grounding, integration, and reflection.
Many clients love distance reiki for its accessibility and comfort. Receiving healing in your own home can allow for deeper rest, emotional safety, and ease — especially during times of transition, grief, or heightened stress.

While reiki is the foundation of my work, private sessions are not one-size-fits-all. Each session is intuitively guided and personalized to support you exactly where you are.
Depending on your needs, your session may include reiki energy healing, guided meditation, gentle movement or breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, intuitive guidance, or reflective conversation. Some sessions are deeply quiet and restorative; others include dialogue, insight, or practical tools you can take with you into daily life.
You do not need to know in advance what modality you’re looking for. Together, we’ll create a supportive, grounded space that honors your body, your energy, and the season you’re moving through — allowing your session to unfold naturally and with intention.
